I take great pride in the way I work with clients, teams and the press. Here's what some of them have said...

A note from Theo Epstein about working together on a Mike Timlin deal

A letter from Chicago White Sox VP Roland Hemond

A few emails from sports writers

David ...

Just a short note to thank you for the time you gave me on the phone a week or so ago, and also for your daily updates. They were very much appreciated and helped me do my job. I wish all agents, not to mention team executives, would have the foresight to do what you did.

By the way, in the process of covering the Yankees, I have had the opportunity on several occasions to talk with Carlos and enjoyed meeting him.

Again, thanks for your help, and looking forward to our paths crossing someday.

i think i owe you an email since i woke up this morning and realized i forgot to send one this past Wednesday night.  starting on Thursday, i began a long vacation that will take me right up to the start of spring training, essentially meaning that i won't be covering the conclusion of carlos' quest for a new team.  with that in mind, i just wanted to thank you for all your assistance this offseason -- particularly regarding delgado but also going back to the rudy jaramillo pursuit.  as i've told you, i've really appreciated your accessibility, patience and candor.

hope the conclusion of the pursuit ends well for you and perhaps i'll see you down in st. lucie sometime in February or march.

thanks again and good luck in the final stretch,

mark hale

I am picking up the Carlos Delgado story for my paper. Can I be added to the e-mail list?
Your professionalism and helpfulness throughout the process has been greatly appreciated. If I can ever be of assistance, please ask.

Thanks so much. Hope all is well in Puerto Rico and look forward to talking
to you soon.
You've been absolutely terrific throughout this entire process.

Thanks for all the updates, it sounds like teams are finally coming around to the fact that Carlos is a rare commodity and a good guy. I talked to McKeon the other day, we're doing a book together that comes out this spring, and he really wants him.
